Last year, Sarah spent 9 days on the island leading a series of unique fitness activities with a traditional Maldivian twist, including: beach workout, Stand up paddle boarding racing, meditation class in the middle of the Indian Ocean as well as some high intensity activities to push the boundaries like Aqua Fitness, Body Combat and much more.
Experience a complete outdoor workout inspired by the traditional Maldivian “boduberu” dancing followed by a beach bootcamp. To finish this one-of-a-kind workout, a coconut toddy collector will explain this tradition and provide you with fresh coconut water. A truly unique immersion to the Maldivian culture.

Allaoua is one of the few Level 2 certified instructor of Animal Flow and Systema in the region. By specializing into the understanding of yoga mechanisms and the anatomical alignment of movement, Allaoua created and developed his own signature yoga styles. Allaoua is currently teaching in his own studio in Dubai and is a valued member of the Dubai yoga community.
