Last year, Sarah spent 9 days on the island leading a series of unique fitness activities with a traditional Maldivian twist, including: beach workout, Stand up paddle boarding racing, meditation class in the middle of the Indian Ocean as well as some high intensity activities to push the boundaries like Aqua Fitness, Body Combat and much more.
Experience a complete outdoor workout inspired by the traditional Maldivian “boduberu” dancing followed by a beach bootcamp. To finish this one-of-a-kind workout, a coconut toddy collector will explain this tradition and provide you with fresh coconut water. A truly unique immersion to the Maldivian culture.
At Pullman Maldives we are taking the fitness concept to a whole new level. Get ready to unplug and recharge your mind and body with the calming breeze from the Indian Ocean. This workout covers aqua zumba and a stand up paddleboard challenge around the island.
