In a groundbreaking collaboration, we are thrilled to welcome Executive Chef Koji Fukuda from Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, Japan, as our esteemed guest chef for Food Week. Chef Koji brings a wealth of culinary experiences from New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, and Japan, promising a delightful fusion of Japanese and Maldivian culinary traditions.

Embark on a culinary journey with Chef Koji, who will conduct master classes for our culinary team, infusing the week with the theme of blending Maldivian and Japanese cultures. Guests can anticipate engaging sessions, including the much-sought “Sushi at Home” class. Moreover, Chef Koji will serve as a judge for our thrilling Iron Chef Competition, where culinary teams will vie for the grand title. The culmination of this collaboration will be a Four-Hands Dinner curated by Chef Koji and our Executive Chef Nyoman at Souq Oven and Phat Chameleon, complemented by an exquisite wine selection. Chef Koji’s presence is a significant milestone for Pullman Maldives, promising to elevate our culinary offerings.

But that’s not all—Food Week extends beyond fine dining. Dive into interactive sessions exploring the spices of the Indian Ocean, or let your little ones unleash their creativity with the Kawaii Bento Box crafting. Our talented colleagues will also take center stage, with the Culinary Team competing fiercely in the Iron Chef Competition, and the Bar Team showcasing their skills in Bartending Battles.
