As one of the hallmarks of Pullman’s annual Pillar Weeks, FIT Week embodies our dedication to your self-discovery, health, and rejuvenation, all in the midst of one of the world’s most awe-inspiring destinations.
This year, we’re reaching new heights with the dynamic duo of fitness coaches, Mr. Allaoua Gaham and Ms. Majah Resuello.
Meet our first coach, Mr. Allaoua Gaham, the mindful Fitness Guru.
Allaoua is different from your average fitness coach. A yoga teacher, self-defense instructor, author, TEDx speaker, and “Yogipreneur” with a shelf full of accolades. His unique approach combines mindful yoga with the precision of an army drill sergeant, all infused with boundless spirit and a wealth of experience.
His mission is clear: to ignite conscious changes in you, guiding you toward enhanced breathing and, as a natural consequence, a more mindful existence.
During FIT Week, Allaoua will lead various workshops, including EQ (Emotional Intelligence) sessions, invigorating fitness classes, fear management workshops, and transformative meditation sessions. And don’t miss the launch of “GURU,” a book he co-authored with Raghda Alazab, exploring the power of mindful living.
Meet our second coach, Ms. Majah Resuello, the Fitness Dynamo.
Majah is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Certified in Precision Nutrition 1, a Social Media Influencer, and an Entrepreneur. She is renowned for her dynamic content covering travel, dance, cross-fit, and fitness. She’ll infuse FIT Week with her electric energy, leading heart-pounding full-body workouts and edifying workshops on nutrition and self-discipline. Get ready to empower yourself with the knowledge and motivation to embrace a healthier, more disciplined lifestyle.
